Appalachian Spring

Again I believe most patterns will have this correction but just in case:

  • Row 3: Pattern states use of 3799; but it is 3790 as in colour chart.

Atlantic Seaboard Sampler

The symbol for the roof of the last lighthouse is
/ which is 647.

Bug Collector

I believe that most patterns will have this correction but just in case:

  • Row3: Stitch is done over 6 threads as in graph not over 4 as in stitch diagram.

Great Lakes Lowland Sampler

Some older printings of the pattern will not have the symbol for hyacinth: it is a fat (dash) - .

Mini Topiary Sampler 3

  • Row 7: Move 1st tree left 2 fabric threads to center trees properly.
  • Row 10: Stem is over 6 fabric threads as in graph, not 5 as in stitch diagram.

A New England Autumn

The sample was done on Sand not Light Sand fabric, although both work very well.

Northern Shield Sampler

I have had some questions on exactly how to do the cabin, if you would like the stitch diagram for it please email me and I will send you the diagram, until I can get it up on the website. Row 15) use 3740 and not 3746.

Northwoods

The symbol for Mothers Day is missing it is Northwoods.

Pacific Rim Sampler

  • Some older printings of the pattern may not have the eye patch for the orca, please email me and I will send you the correction, until I can get it up on the website.
  • Some older printings may not have corrected Row 21. The stitch diagram should be over 8 threads not 4,(it is correct on the main diagram or Row 6)
  • For the herringbone use 2 threads white DMC or #12 perle cotton white.

Rocky Mountain Sampler

Symbol for 819 is Northwoods.

Summer at the Ocean

Just to clarify that row 8 flowed into row 9 making the rows that follow off by 1. Again, I believe most patterns have this correction.

Take Time to Garden

It has come to my attention that there are a number of errors on Take Time to Garden. My sincere apologies. It is not my intention to frustrate. I think I will have to do as I say "Take Time..."

  • Design count: 68X68
  • Box 1: Brown for the center birdhouse hole
  • Box 4 stitch diagram should say Box 5
  • Box 7: On the stitch diagram there is an extra Old Lace stitch over 2 fabric threads, just below the round finial: take it out.
  • Box 9: Horizontal flower heads middle stitch over 4 fabric thread, not 6. Although you could do that and go only 2 fabric threads for your green stem.
  • Box 16: Stem on 16c diagram is over 5 threads, not 6.
  • Edge - the beads are every other diamond. During our editing process, the order got out of order!

Take Time to Stitch too

  • Rum raisin has a dot in the middle of the square for the pattern and in the colour key the dot is missing, but it is still that colour.
  • Under box instructions it says to use 2 strands or 1 strand on 40ct. in NN1251. This is should read NN127 (where that came from I have no idea!)
  • The symbol in box 10 and 11 should be the symbol for caper (the downwards arrow); not the filled in half square.

Vintage Stitches

Please ignore the spade symbol by the diamond symbol for the JABC button, it is an error.

Winter Stitches

  • Box 7 and Box 10 – the stitch guide numbers are very small if you are having trouble please email me and I will send you a larger diagram.
  • Box 10 - if you like so, you don’t have to place the overdyed silk so particularly, use Sd’A 4616 on the left hand side for Gobelin stitch. Use Sd’A 1746 for the top right hand side, use Sd’A 3326 for the bottom right hand side and Sd’A 3435 for the bottom left hand side, this for all the Gobelin stitch portions.
  • Box 11 - if you need a stitch diagram for this please email and ask, I would be happy to provide you with one. As you can note, I am rather pushed for space on the stitch diagrams hence some of the difficulties.
